New Facility Renovation

A 44,000 square feet factory renovation provided Dirig Sheet Metal with its new facility. The building is primarily designed for metal work in its two (2) large workshop areas, totaling 28,500 square feet. The business corner of the building serves as the primary entrance for visitors and office personel. The two (2) story office space allows for upstairs tenants and future expansion. Currently, the main level includes private offices for all drafting and administrative personel, as well as a conference room, kitchenette, restrooms, and reception area.
