LEED^® Consulting (LEED^® Silver Certified)

A learning center located in Rochester, Indiana is shared by Rochester Community School Corporation and Ivy Tech Community College. The building achieved LEED^® Silver Certification with Viridian as the LEED^® Accredited Professional (AP) consultant to the design architect and engineering firm. Through the use of an exterior structural insulated panel (SIP) wall system, high performance windows, and ground loop geothermal, we anticipate a highly energy efficient building with a ROI of less than ten years. The building consists of computer labs, classrooms, adult education, and multi-purpose spaces.
