Cottage Renovation

Serving as a primary residence throughout the summer, this existing Lake George cottage needed to expand to meet the needs of a growing family. The second story addition consists of three (3) new bedrooms, two (2) new bathrooms, a small laundry room, a secondary mechanical room, and a spectacular sun room overlooking Lake George. The addition utilizes energy saving on-demand hot water and energy and water efficient washer / dryer. With meticulous care and attention to detail, the design was able to seamlessly transform the existing cottage into a two (2) story fully functional family cottage that looks as if it was always there.
