COMMLLARIE DECK RENOVATION

The Commllarie Deck Renovation will take the existing cedar and redwood deck and replace it with a two level steel and composite deck. The upper level will feature 1000 square feet of composite decking while the lower level include a 1000 square feet patio. The existing retaining wall and foundation will be replaced and accented by new exterior lighting.
FORT WAYNE, IN
The objective of the Fort Wayne Metals Master Plan is to tie existing buildings together and create a more "campus like" people friendly facility. In order to unify the buildings, similar facades, landscaping, and sidewalks will be introduced.
GRANT HALL BUILDING

The renovatoin of an existing 1950's office building will be improved and renamed Grant Hall Building. The new spaces will feature a 3500 square foot reception hall thats seats up to 150, a large lobby space, and a serving kitchen. The eco-friendly design includes recycled content carpet, low VOC paint, Sola-Tubes and energy efficient lighting.
LEESBURG, IN
A 2200 square foot cabana will be added to a residence on Lake Tippecanoe. This two story cabana will be placed on the lake overlooking a multi-tiered running fountain as well as expansive hillside landscaping. The lower level of the cabana will house both a mens and womens locker room as well as additional storage space. The upper level will include a bar and casual seating for guests.
