Training Center Renovation

The renovation of an existing 7,400 square feet building is the new home for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 305 – Joint Apprenticeship Training Center.  The new Training Center includes working model and mock-up display space, classrooms, restrooms with showers, changing rooms, a BICSI training room, and a fabrication shop.  The new Training Center provides on-site parking and will incorporate the use of some type of alternative renewable energy source such as wind or solar.  The renovation was completed in 2009.
